Register before JAN 25, 2026 to receive your souvenir name tag! All other registrations after this date will have a wonderful sticky name tag
REGISTRATION FOR MEALS CLOSES MARCH 1, 2026
To order multiple items please select ticket you would like and click "Add to Cart" before then going to next ticket option you want. Once all tickets are added to cart you can go to checkout. Double check your registration before checking out to ensure all tickets you would like are there.
HALF DRAW: 1 Friday Night Ticket and 1 Saturday Night Ticket and 75 raffle tickets
FULL DRAW: 2 Friday Night Tickets and 2 Saturday Night Tickets and 150 raffle tickets
Neither of these options includes the Thursday Social
*Friday Dinner will be Grilled Basil Chicken. Please let home office know if you have dietary restrictions and will need another option.
*Saturday Dinner Choice will be BBQ Pork Loin. Please let home office know if you have dietary restrictions and will need another option.
*Hotel Breakfast Buffet: THIS IS COMPLETELY OPTIONAL! The hotel does not have a complimentary breakfast. If you would like a breakfast buffet you can purchase tickets in advance on our registration form for $22 a day/person from the hotel restaurant. This is completely optional as you can also just order directly from their menu or visit the Starbucks on site as well. There is also a Waffle House a 3 minute drive away, as well as other various restaurants.
