Monroe, WI 53566 is located a short 13 minute drive from my property. Many great places to eat, drink and enjoy the
hospitality of our small town Swiss/German heritage from the area. For those wishing not to camp we have many area
B&B’s just a short drive away. And several Motels in town.
Cadiz State Recreational Area is a short 1.8 miles away, with swimming area, two small fishing lakes and trails for hiking.
Pecatonica River is 2.0 miles has a boat launch and good for kayaking, canoeing and fishing. We have several breweries
and wineries in the area and cheese factories galore! The best cheese in the country!
The primitive camping takes place in the backyard of my home with the woods just a few steps away. I started hosting
this event here on my property to help out our local archery club several years ago. I was encouraged by many of my
Traditional archery friends, which most of them are PBS members to host this event. I am an Associate member and
have only been to a couple PBS events. I encourage you to come, enjoy and have fun!
