Choosing a normal Associate Membership or Regular Membership but seeing "digital delivery" means nothing will be mailed immediately to you upon completing your order. You will still receive a quarterly magazine!

Digital Magazine Add-on is an option for those who would like to have both a physical magazine and a digital magazine. Pay for the normal membership dues and then add this on to add you to the digital list as well
